Anime Review: REC

I just got done watching the first ep and I have to say that I like what I saw, although I find it funny hey they…. err… I’m not going to spoil it for you guys :p

Anyways, it’s about this guy name Matsumaru Fumihiko and Onda Aka that started living in the same room. Matsumaru Fumihiko is just your average guy that it seems like bad stuff tends to happen to him. Onda Aka is a girl who dreams of becoming a voice actress

The anime starts off with Matsumaru Fumihiko waiting outside the movie theater for a girl he supposedly asked out on a date but got stood up. While he was about to throw away the tickets a girl name Onda Aka stopped him saying that he’s wasting the tickets so Matsumaru handed the tickets to her and she pulled him in.

It continues with Matsumaru and Onda in the theater with Onda reading the subtitles out loud. After the movie was over they walked out and Matsumaru saw the woman that he asked out, thinking that she didn’t forget he was about to run out when another guy shows up to meet her instead, heart broken Onda took Matsumaru out somewhere to get drinks.

After they departed ways, during the night, Matsumaru woke up to car crashing, worried he runs out and finds Onda. Onda’s building burned down and so Matsumaru let her stay in his apartment.

Where is this going from here? Why don’t you watch and find out for yourself :)
